Who is Matt Hoffman?
Matt joined MFA in 2018 with over 15 years of experience advising public and private clients on real estate matters related to land use planning, development economics, and real estate strategy. Along with this expertise, his technical dexterity, environmental science background, and public engagement experience are instrumental to providing actionable guidance related to predevelopment feasibility and alternatives analysis, property and portfolio valuation, market analysis, site search and property due diligence, and acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining MFA, Matt worked as a senior project manager at a Seattle-based real estate advisory firm for 10 years.
