Sophia Caesar

Sophia is a staff planner with experience specializing in climate change and sustainability, climate equity, community engagement, and inclusive planning practices. She has helped develop climate change action plans and DEI strategic plans and conducted geospatial research. Sophia has worked for public and nonprofit entities ranging from universities to state agencies. She is a native Oregonian now focusing on environmental permitting at the local, state, and federal levels.
