Sidney Counts joined MFA in 2019 as a communications specialist, providing awareness campaign strategy, community engagement materials, and copywriting for clients. In 2021, he shifted into a firmwide marketing role that elevates MFA’s expertise and impact across audiences.

As one of the voices behind MFA’s social media, blog, and newsletter content, he believes showcasing the team’s expertise is essential—but adding creativity and a dash of humor offers a genuine glimpse into what it’s like to work here and collaborate with a team that’s as talented as it is fun.

He also helped launch ECAM, MFA’s first employee resource group supporting early-career staff and strengthening connections across the team.
