Who is Yen-Vy Van, LHG?

Yen-Vy has over 30 years of experience in environmental consulting. Yen-Vy prepares associated technical deliverables as well as conducts and provides senior technical management for environmental remedial investigations; site remediation; design and implementation of soil and groundwater remediation systems involving bioremediation, chemical oxidation, soil vapor extraction, dual-phase vacuum extraction, and accelerated remediation technologies; groundwater resources exploration; and municipal supply water wells design/construction. Her experience includes participating on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Technical Enforcement Team in assessing hazardous waste facilities for USEPA National Priority List (NPL) final sites, conducting remedial investigations at hazard protection Level B at USEPA NPL sites, and conducting geologic fault studies. Yen-Vy has in-depth knowledge of Washington State environmental regulations and is experienced in negotiation with state and federal agencies. She has provided expert testimony and depositions during litigation and mediation hearings involving Washington State Department of Ecology Agreed Order facilities.
