Who is Stacy J. Frost, PE?
Mr. Frost has assisted clients with all aspects of site development for over 20 years. He works closely with both large and small project teams to develop design concepts, meet client goals, and help create developments that benefit the community.
Clients appreciate Stacy’s focus on understanding their business goals and leading project teams that address these goals. He facilitates design charettes, participates in public outreach and stakeholder engagement, and negotiates with public agencies and private stakeholder groups.
As a professional engineer, Stacy’s has led the civil design of industrial, commercial, residential, waterfront, and port developments, including successful public-private partnership projects. Throughout Stacy’s career, he has been heavily involved in brownfield projects, including several award-winning brownfield redevelopments in the Pacific Northwest. He seeks out opportunities to leverage his experience in brownfield development with an emphasis on incorporating the remediation strategy into the redevelopment for his clients.
