Who is Ryan Crotty?
Ryan joined MFA in 2021 with seven years of experience working as an environmental and land use planner at various jurisdictions and private sector firms in Vancouver and Seattle, Washington. He primarily provided permitting support for a wide variety of clients in Washington and Oregon. Ryan has extensive experience in municipal planning, working with land use and critical areas regulations, shoreline master programs, the State Environmental Policy Act, and the Clean Water Act. At MFA, he uses this experience to navigate complex environmental and land use regulations to support site development and long-range planning projects.
Outside of work, Ryan likes being a father and, when time and his son allow, he enjoys camping, fishing, mountain biking, exploring the Portland-Vancouver food and beer scene, and reading.
