Who is Riley Paul?

Born and raised in Juneau, Alaska, Riley’s passion for environmental work stems from growing up in a community with a close relationship to the natural environment. Riley graduated from Whitman College with a degree in Geology and pursued a career in environmental consulting, which has taken him to Washington, Utah, and Oregon. In addition, he has volunteered for nonprofit organizations focused on the ecological health of local river systems.

With experience in hydrogeologic project coordination; underground storage tank assessment and due diligence; Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans; and groundwater remedial investigation, assessment, and system planning, Riley brings a wide range of knowledge in environmental compliance and remediation projects to both government and private clients. Riley’s involvement in a variety of on-site construction and system installations gives him ample oversight and coordination experience for support of client projects in the field.

Outside of the office, Riley enjoys playing folk music on his guitar, playing and coaching soccer, backpacking, and checking out the many breweries Portland has on tap.
