Every day I get a chance to speak to new people. I learn about their aspirations and career goals to help match them to their ideal opportunities. Over the last decade, I’ve built a network of amazing scientists and engineers, and I’m excited to use it to help MFA achieve our goals for growth.

Who is Rachel Philbrook?
After a decade of managing restaurants, Rachel realized that the thing she enjoyed most was meeting new people and building successful teams. She made the switch to HR and worked for an engineering firm for eight years, where she perfected her skills at talent sourcing, new-hire orientations, and workforce planning.
At MFA, Rachel finds the perfect fit between candidate and job opportunity. She acts as a guide on each employee’s MFA journey, making sure that people settle in and have the tools they need to succeed. She sees herself as a friend with buy-in on each employee’s career path; she truly does love to support people in any way she can.
Outside MFA, Rachel enjoys spending time with her three children, watching Seahawks and WSU football and, when she has time, cooking delicious Sunday dinners. Go Cougs!
