Who is Rachel Philbrook?

After a decade of managing restaurants, Rachel realized that the thing she enjoyed most was meeting new people and building successful teams. At MFA, Rachel finds the perfect fit between candidate and job opportunity. She acts as a guide on each employee’s MFA journey, making sure that people settle in and have the tools they need to succeed. She sees herself as a friend with buy-in on each employee’s career path; she truly does love to support people in any way she can.

Outside MFA, Rachel enjoys spending time with her three children, watching Seahawks and WSU football and, when she has time, cooking delicious Sunday dinners. Go Cougs!
