Who is Lisa Parks?

Lisa joined MFA in 2019 with almost three decades of experience in both public and private sectors across a variety of disciplines, including land use and environmental planning; community, business, and economic development; and private enterprise. She is motivated by a strong belief in team-oriented approaches that capitalize on and leverage the core competencies of different team members and stakeholders.

Lisa volunteers with Rotary International, the Planning Association of Washington, and other professional and community-service-oriented non-profits. She also loves working with kids, having raised three of her own along with coaching a competitive gymnastics club team for nine years.

In her leisure time, Lisa likes hiking, fly fishing, and exploring new places—especially in the Pacific Northwest. She faithfully follows both the Seahawks and the Sounders. Most recently, Lisa added learning to play electric guitar and riding motorcycles to her list of fun things to do!
