Who is Leslie Riley?

Leslie Riley joined MFA with an academic background in civil and environmental engineering and experience in air quality consulting. Ms. Riley excels in local, state, and federal air permitting and compliance assistance, emissions inventory development, air toxics inventory development, air dispersion modeling, human health risk assessments, hazard consequence assessments, pollution control evaluation, and source test coordination and oversight. She has experience with Prevention of Significant Deterioration permit applications, Best Available Control Technology, and emission control cost analysis. As a modeler, Ms. Riley uses AutoCAD and Solidworks to develop 3D models, and modeling mobile source emissions with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Motor Vehicle Emission Simulator.
