Who is Kerry-Cathlin Gallagher?

Ms. Gallagher has over 11 years of consulting experience as an environmental scientist and two years of experience working as a research scientist with government agencies and in university research. Her consulting experience has focused primarily on site assessments and investigations, characterization, and remedial actions at petroleum-contaminated sites, chlorinated solvent sites, manufactured gas plant sites, mines, landfills, and other contaminated properties. Ms. Gallagher’s technical expertise also includes historical data and document review in the context of allocation of environmental liability. She works with industries in the Pacific Northwest to provide recommendations for environmental, stormwater, and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permitting and compliance. She has in-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and has been involved in projects requiring extensive coordination, communication, and negotiation with regulatory agencies and legal counsel.

Ms. Gallagher is responsible for project management, including designing and managing investigations, assessments, evaluations, work plans, and monitoring programs. Her project administration skills include developing and implementing scopes of work, project budgets, and cost projections, as well as proposals and cost estimates; managing data; preparing deliverables; and conducting regulatory compliance activities. She has field experience with oversight of construction projects; drilling; excavations; soil vapor extraction systems; vapor intrusion monitoring; waste stream management, including removal and disposal of hazardous material; compliance inspections; exploratory drilling; well installation; asbestos inspections; and air, soil, stormwater, and groundwater sampling.
