Who is Kathy J. Lombardi, PE?

Ms. Lombardi is a principal environmental engineer with nearly 30 years of experience, strategically managing and supporting a wide range of complex and interdisciplinary remediation, restoration, and natural resources planning projects for a variety of clients. Her technical expertise is diverse and includes many facets of the water resources field such as stormwater management, water quality, ecosystem services and stream restoration design, natural resources, remediation, wetland mitigation, tribal water rights, and expert testimony and litigation support. Ms. Lombardi also has a strong working knowledge of the application of environmental regulations, including the Clean Water Act; the Clean Air Act; the Endangered Species Act; the National Environmental Policy Act; the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act; and the National Historic Preservation Act. She is recognized for her expertise and experience in managing multidisciplinary planning and engineering teams and for her ability to achieve positive results for her clients. Ms. Lombardi also offers her clients the benefit of extensive experience in public and regulatory agency interaction.
