Who is Josh Elliott, PE?

Mr. Elliott has ten years of civil and environmental engineering consulting experience, including environmental site remediation design; stormwater, municipal wastewater, and potable water conveyance and treatment design; solid waste services; site layout, grading and paving design; roadway horizontal and vertical geometric design; and construction administration. Mr. Elliott prepares engineering design reports, feasibility studies, plans, specifications, and cost estimates to assist with all project phases, and is also experienced in the local, state, and federal permitting required for a variety of projects. Mr. Elliott is a civil engineer licensed in Oregon and Washington.
