Who is Josh Elliott, PE?

Mr. Elliott has over ten years of civil and environmental engineering consulting experience, including environmental site remediation design; hydrologic and hydraulic modeling; environmental permitting; stormwater, wastewater, and potable water conveyance and treatment design; solid waste services; site layout, grading and paving design; and construction administration. Mr. Elliott is an experienced project manager with a history of successfully permitting and completing projects in the Pacific Northwest. Mr. Elliott is a civil engineer licensed in Oregon and Washington.
