Who is James Maul, RG, LG?

Mr. Maul directs projects for industrial and municipal clients, involving property transfer, redevelopment, site investigation, site characterization, groundwater and corrective action studies, and corrective action design for the high-tech wood-treating, chemical manufacturing, aluminum, chemical storage, solid waste, and forest products industries.

Mr. Maul has over 25 years of experience providing consulting services. He has managed projects in various stages of remedial action, from design of groundwater- and soil-cleanup programs to their implementation, and projects under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, as well as state cleanup programs. Mr. Maul’s technical and regulatory expertise is acquired from both direct involvement in and management of projects. He has a proven track record in the development of successful and cost-effective solutions to environmental concerns. He has extensive experience in negotiating on behalf of clients with regulatory agencies at the federal and state levels.
