Hilary joined the MFA team in July 2019. With over five years of Human Resources experience, in both established publishing companies and younger manufacturing firms, Hilary brings a variety of skills to MFA. As the payroll and benefits administrator, she helps manage, direct, and plan group programs across all MFA locations. Hilary is a seasoned collaborator who relishes the opportunity to help employees problem-solve. She supports employees with time-sensitive decisions, ensuring their accurate and timely compensation, and provides specialized guidance to all locations on employee benefit plans.
