Who is David G. Weatherby, RG, LG?

With 29 years of diverse environmental and natural resources consulting experience, David’s practiced and skillful project execution and management ensures his clients’ expectations are met and project goals are achieved. His steadfast commitment to excellence and respect in all aspects of project management is reflected in his understanding of his clients’ objectives and needs and applying that understanding to the development and management of project scopes and budgets, leveraging of MFA’s diversely skilled staff to his clients’ benefit, and interaction with regulatory program personnel overseeing his clients’ projects.

David’s environmental, natural resources, and regulatory compliance expertise includes property acquisition due diligence; remedial investigations/feasibility studies; remedial design/remedial action oversight; Superfund site allocation and litigation support; wetland delineation, mitigation, and permitting; stormwater source control; National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit compliance; and underground injection control compliance and water pollution control facility permitting.
