Who is David G. Weatherby, RG, LG?

David Weatherby has 25 years of experience as an environmental consultant to private and government clients in the Pacific Northwest. His project management and technical skills encompass property acquisition due diligence support; remedial investigations (RIs); site inspections (SIs); feasibility studies (FSs); remedial design (RD) and remedial action (RA) oversight; wetland delineation, mitigation, and permitting; stormwater assessments and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting and compliance; underground injection control (UIC) compliance and water pollution control facility (WPCF) permitting; mine site permitting and reclamation; and various soil, geologic, hydrogeologic, and geoarchaeologic investigations in support of National Environmental Policy Act, Energy Facility Siting Counsel (EFSC), and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) compliance associated with permitting and construction of energy facility, landfill, dam, mining, pipeline, and road construction projects. Mr. Weatherby is responsible for project and program management, including developing project budgets and scopes of work; management of complex, multidisciplinary projects and teams; and regulatory interaction. Most recently Mr. Weatherby has been managing technical teams providing litigation support to clients in the Portland Harbor Superfund Site.
