Who is Charles Rynerson?

Charles is a Portland native whose childhood fascination with maps and population statistics has led to a long career as an applied demographer. Before joining MFA, he worked at the San Diego Association of Governments, San Diego Unified School District, and the Portland State University Population Research Center. At MFA Charles collaborates with an experienced team of geographers and demographers preparing enrollment forecasts for K–12 school districts. His knowledge of national and local population trends, deep curiosity, eagerness to learn about communities both large and small, and attention to detail are assets in a field where every client is unique, and every community is passionate about their schools.

A perfect Saturday would find Charles watching European soccer in the morning, gardening in the afternoon, and enjoying live jazz in the evening.
