Who is Caitlin Bryan?

Caitlin effectively manages all aspects of projects and is recognized for distilling complex site conditions to a range of clients, regulators, legal counselors, and other stakeholders. She has assessed a wide range of site types, including gas stations; dry cleaners; multiunit residences; large forest tracts; restaurants; landfills; abandoned mines; agricultural sites; and industrial facilities such as lumber mills and papermaking, metal-plating and -smelting, particleboard-manufacturing, wood-treating, and food-processing facilities. Caitlin is well-versed in complex data compilation and assessment, Geographic Information Systems services, laboratory analyses, field sampling of multiple media, and project management. Her project experience includes Phase I and II environmental site assessments and cleanups, regulatory assistance through voluntary cleanup programs and prospective purchaser agreements, mine land characterization, water-quality assessment, reclamation site design, river/wetland bioengineering, watershed-scale investigation, water system operation, and multifaceted roles as an owner representative. As a seasoned professional, Caitlin excels in navigating the crosswalks among MFA’s multiple service areas, which include environmental, engineering, site design and land use, health and safety, and GIS and data management. Caitlin’s diverse educational and professional skill set provides her with valuable insight and contributes to her creative project solutions.

Caitlin holds down the fort at work and at home at her Klickitat County ranch. Whether wildcrafting, building infrastructure, or raising livestock, Caitlin enjoys learning the old ways and the pleasantries of life in the country.
