Who is Brian Snuffer, EIT?

Brian Snuffer has five years of experience in air quality and consulting services. This includes experience performing technical work in civil and environmental engineering. His specialties include complex emissions inventory development, air permitting and compliance, data management and facility recordkeeping, source test assistance and oversight, air dispersion modeling assessments (using AERMOD), hazard consequence and risk assessments, and phase I environmental site assessments, and site development for civil design systems. Brian is also a mechanical designer in the industrial ventilation design team which provides design, troubleshooting, and commissioning services for facilities that utilize industrial ventilation systems.

Mr. Snuffer’s project engineering responsibilities have included permitting and regulatory review, data management, and coordination from conceptual through final design for various projects. He has a strong foundation of technical capabilities and significant experience in permitting and compliance efforts for civil and environmental projects in conjunction with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
