Who is Andrew S. Kaparos, PE?

Mr. Kaparos has over ten years of engineering experience encompassing a broad range of projects. His background includes civil and environmental engineering consulting. Environmental projects include environmental remediation, brownfield remediation and redevelopment, mining remediation, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, surface water management; environmental site assessments and inspections; remedial investigation and feasibility studies; engineering evaluation/cost estimates; cleanup action plans; water quality improvements; and environmental permitting. Civil projects include site development for large- and small-scale commercial, residential, and mixed-use development applications and utility infrastructure improvements for both private and public sector clients. Mr. Kaparos’ project engineering responsibilities have included design, permitting, and coordination from concept through construction for various projects.

Mr. Kaparos has a strong foundation of technical capabilities; significant experience in design and permitting efforts for civil and environmental projects in conjunction with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies and municipal authorities; and a practical understanding of due diligence. He is known for addressing environmental concerns and regulatory compliance in a cost-efficient and timely manner.

Mr. Kaparos’ project management skills include proposal writing; developing project scopes, budgets, and schedules; leading project meetings; interacting with clients and stakeholders; negotiating costs with subcontractors; and writing reports.
