Who is Andrew Rogers?

Andrew provides project oversight and technical air quality and environmental consulting support for clients throughout the Pacific Northwest. Andrew has over five years of professional experience in the field of air quality consulting and six years of experience with climatological and meteorological data interpretation and analysis.

His specialties include complex emissions inventory development; air permitting and compliance; air dispersion modeling assessments; meteorological and climatological data management; hazard consequence and human health risk assessments; and ambient meteorological monitoring station design, development, and operation. Andrew has worked with companies in oil and gas, forest products, manufacturing, and aggregate mining sectors across the United States and internationally. Andrew is also an academically trained meteorologist with experience analyzing synoptic and mesoscale phenomena, and regional scale climatological precipitation and temperature trends.
