Who is Alistaire Clary, PE?

Ms. Clary’s professional experience has focused on stormwater management, environmental cleanup, and site development engineering. She has broad experience in commercial and industrial stormwater treatment and permitting, including compliance assistance for National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System stormwater and wastewater discharge permits. Ms. Clary has managed remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and remedial designs at brownfield sites and facilities with active industrial operations. She has significant experience on waterfront industrial property, including management of riverbank and in-water projects with complex permitting requirements. She has provided commercial and industrial clients with site development plans and land use applications and has extensive experience with designing and permitting surface mines, including preparation of mining and reclamation plans for agency approval.

Ms. Clary is recognized for her expertise and experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and for her skills at bringing people together to produce the best results possible for her clients. As the SW Washington and Inland Northwest operations director, Ms. Clary is responsible for MFA’s services throughout the region.
