The 2022 Portland Harbor Workshop Series has ended. Stay tuned for more workshops about the harbor in 2023. 

Learn about how the Portland Harbor Superfund Site cleanup impacts the greater Portland Harbor area during the last workshop of this series presented by Maul Foster & Alongi, Inc. (MFA). Lessons Learned and Tools for a Successful Redevelopment of Portland Harbor

As this is the last of our workshops, we plan to walk through the lessons learned and how to apply the various tools available to capture brownfield redevelopment opportunities in the Portland Harbor and throughout the state. Our panelists will discuss emerging developments in federal Prospective Purchaser Agreements, state funding for public- and private-sector parties, and recent brownfield development successes in the Portland Harbor.
