Congratulations to the City of Palouse on receiving the 2023 Small Community & Impact Phoenix Award!

The Phoenix Awards are prestigious national accolades that are given to both individuals and projects that highlight the best practices and notable achievements in transforming previously developed sites, often contaminated or underutilized, into revitalized spaces that benefit the community and the environment.

MFA is honored to have had the opportunity to work on this project with the City. MFA led the integrated brownfield planning process and prepared a risk management and funding strategy for the City of Palouse. Read our case study on the Palouse Producers Brownfield Site.
