MFA Grows by Nine New Hires at the Start of the New Year

Our team has grown! We have hired nine employees since November 2021, and more are on their way as the need for consultants and business support staff at MFA grows. Join us in welcoming these folks to the MFA!

Jessica Letteney

Jessica joins MFA as a technical editor based out of our Vancouver office. In her 26-year career collaborating on clear communications about technical topics, she has taken some deep dives into areas such as engineering, geology, groundwater, drinking water treatment, energy efficiency, manufacturing process improvement, habitat conservation, and Superfund site cleanup. She is thrilled to join the MFA team and be part of the synergy of services we offer.

Mackenzie Kitchen

Mackenzie received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Washington. She joins MFA as a marketing coordinator based in our Vancouver office and looks forward to expanding her expertise in the AEC industry.

Claire Moerder

Claire joins MFA as a staff communications specialist based in Seattle. With a degree in Health Sciences and six years of experience in education, client services, and global health research, Claire is always looking for creative ways to integrate different types of expertise and ideas to improve the health of both planet and people.

Sulley Schuster

Sulley received her degree in Environmental Studies and Political Science from the University of Oregon. She has several years of experience engaging communities and supporting clients with public outreach for large, complex infrastructure projects throughout the Puget Sound region. Sulley joins MFA as a staff communications specialist based out of our Seattle office.

Tawnya Mueller

Tawnya joins MFA as an accounting assistant after working in the accounting field for nearly 30 years across various industries. She has raised two daughters and enjoys hiking local trails in her free time.

Shelby Nerison

Shelby is a project environmental compliance specialist with a degree in Chemical Engineering and more than six years of experience in air quality and compliance. Her focus is on refineries in the Pacific Northwest. Shelby loves spending time with her son, hiking, and gardening.

Chris Clough

Chris joined MFA as a project environmental scientist after more than a decade in the environmental consulting industry in the Pacific Northwest. His primary focus is site characterization and remediation for public sector clients. He is based in our Portland office.

Kevin Rancik

Kevin joined MFA as a project data analyst and is based out of Portland. He has a master’s degree in Geography and more than a decade of experience working for the Oregon legislature and at Portland State University’s Population Research Center. Kevin is also part of MFA’s FLO Analytics brand.

Eric Erickson

Eric joins the Portland office as warehouse manager. He has spent the last 25 years doing warehouse and logistics work that supports numerous industries, and he is excited to see what the future holds at MFA.
