Jennifer King, PE Promoted to Principal Engineer

Congratulations to Jennifer King, PE who has been named principal engineer in recognition of her outstanding commitment to delivering excellence for MFA’s clients and colleagues.

For over 15 years, Ms. King has provided a wealth of cross-discipline expertise to MFA, including engineering, planning, project management, and administration. She has managed site development projects, environmental investigations, and large-scale remediation and redevelopment programs.

Ms. King has led the firm’s human resources team since 2012. She currently serves as MFA’s Director of People and Development and is responsible for recruitment, orientation, employee retention strategies, and coaching employees in their professional development.

Ms. King holds two bachelor’s degrees in environmental engineering and political science from North Carolina State University and a master’s degree in environmental management from Duke University. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in Washington and Oregon.
