Eight New Employees Join the MFA and FLO Analytics Brands

Daniel Eisenbeis
Dan joins MFA as a senior planner based in Portland. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the fields of planning, policy analysis, and government relations, and he received his degree in geography from Macalester College. He is thrilled to be part of MFA’s multidisciplinary team.
Colton Archer
Colton joins MFA as the director of technology based out of the Portland office. He has an undergraduate degree in information technology and a master’s in business administration with a computer information systems emphasis. His career spans over 20 years in both the public and private sectors. He enjoys anything to do with the outdoors including hiking, snowboarding, and camping with his family.
Krysta Krippaehne-Stein
Krysta has degrees in environmental engineering and joins MFA as a staff engineer in Vancouver. She has over three years of experience in environmental consulting and due diligence and is eager to expand her engineering capabilities at MFA.
Cora Lee
Cora has a degree in graphic design and illustration and joins MFA as a graphic designer based in the Seattle office. She has over a decade of professional experience, including four years in the local AEC industry. In her spare time Cora enjoys working on personal art projects including sticker designs, an adult coloring book, and a webcomic.
Anna Poliski
Anna joins MFA as a staff engineer in Seattle. She has over five years of consulting experience specializing in regulatory and compliance support, stormwater, contaminated land investigations, and waste management. Anna is thrilled to be joining the MFA team and is excited about working on a wide variety of projects in the environmental sector. As an East Coast native, she is looking forward to exploring the Pacific Northwest.
Jasmine Lee
Jasmine received her bachelor of arts from the University of Washington. She joins MFA as an administrative assistant based in our Seattle office and she is excited to be part of the MFA team. Jasmine loves spending time with her family, exploring many restaurants, and watching movies.
Cedrik Pearson
Cedrik received his bachelor’s degree in geography from the University of Washington in 2020. He joins MFA under the FLO Analytics brand in the Seattle office as a GIS technician, primarily working on spatial data management and building map products for local governments.
Emma Swanson
Emma is a GIS Technician with FLO Analytics and is based out of the Portland office but works remotely from Houston, Texas. She comes to FLO with over four years of GIS experience in workplaces related to utility management, higher education, and K–12 education. She is excited to join the FLO team, and larger MFA team, and serve education and government clients in ways that promote effective GIS analyses and improve business decisions to benefit their constituents. For fun, Emma likes discovering new restaurants in the foodie city that is Houston and traveling with her husband to visit friends and family across the country.
