From pre-application meeting to permits in hand took less than one year for this complex remedial action. MFA anticipated requirements from a litany of agencies, including those associated with water quality, ecological habitat, and endangered species. Best management practices were developed as part of the design from the start, with an eye toward rapid permit approval.
