Northwest Environmental Business Council (NEBC) recently held a widely attended conference at Sea-Tac titled Managing Stormwater in Washington. Over 200 attendees from Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and British Columbia came to hear a variety of topics on stormwater management, policy, permitting, and treatment technology. I am an environmental polluter. I drive my non-hybrid vehicle to work every day. I use incandescent bulbs in my house. I forget my reusable bags when I go to the grocery store. I fly a couple times each year. I don’t compost my food scraps. I refuse to opt in to PGE’s renewable energy options. I print documents that I may read only once.
