Maul Foster & Alongi Receives WASA Community Leadership Award
Maul Foster & Alongi (MFA) was selected to receive the 2009 Washington Association of School Administrators (WASA) Community Leadership Award for the Columbia River Region.
This award recognized MFA's extraordinary contributions to education and the dedicated service MFA provided to the Ridgefield School District. It also acknowledged MFA's leadership in the development of an updated 20-year vision for the district that included stakeholder interviews with education and community members to help identify immediate and future needs in the district. MFA's expert facilitation in the community-based planning process allowed community stakeholders to play an active role in the ongoing success of the educational opportunities available for students in the Ridgefield School District.
"MFA's work helped to align the Board of Directors, Administration and the community towards a common focus that will support quality education for our students" said Ridgefield Superintendent Art Edgerly.
