Mr. Peale has over 19 years of experience as a hydrogeologist in the environmental field. He has held a variety of positions at all levels of project management and responsibility, including profit and loss control for projects of over $10 million in revenue. His areas of technical expertise include investigation, assessment, remediation, and closure of impacted sites; contaminant fate and transport and groundwater modeling; statistical analysis of soil and groundwater data; and forensic evaluation in the context of allocation of liability. As a hydrogeologist and manager, Mr. Peale is responsible for developing and implementing scopes of work; identifying and evaluating cost saving, innovative investigation and remediation technologies; supervising and mentoring field and technical staff; designing project management plans; developing project budgets and cost projections; and conducting regulatory negotiations. Mr. Peale serves as a technical and strategic resource for review and quality control of documents produced for a variety of MFA clients. He has also provided expert testimony in support of multiparty environmental litigation and allocation of environmental liability.
