Master Planning

MFA assists clients in developing an overall property master plan that helps establish the best use of available land. With an understanding of the economic market, physical site characteristics, and services that are available or needed, MFA can develop a strategic master plan that can be systematically built-out in phases and includes the location of buildings, vehicle and pedestrian circulation infrastructure, open spaces, landscaped areas, and storm drainage. Often, the master plan will gain broad support and credibility through a process of public involvement, another strong capability of MFA. Once completed, the master plan forms the basis for investment planning and budgeting; the creation of restrictive covenants (if needed); Green building practices; real estate marketing techniques; and property management strategies.
