Development Feasibility Studies
MFA advises clients on the feasibility of new development as well the renovation or adaptive reuse of existing facilities, and site evaluation services for determining the best location for their business or facility. We help clients determine the highest and best use for properties while coordinating an economic analysis and community assessment to direct planning efforts in a realistic direction. In addition to evaluating the regulatory environment, MFA assesses the capacity and availability of infrastructure and their associated costs. MFA's Geographic Information Systems (GIS) group can also provide detailed and easily understood illustrations of site features and data, including soils, slopes, ownership, and vegetation.
